A Day in Your Life
* Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
* Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
* Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards
* Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processes
* Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
* Provide general support to the store, e.g. setting up special events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures

* Physical Requirements
o Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
o Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
o Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
o Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
o Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

Salary & Compensation
$18.30 - $19.00 Hourly. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
