We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff and Organizational Development working closely with the CEO to drive the company's HR strategy and processes. Responsibilities Cultivate a thriving organizational environment by developing and leading programs that enhance communication
Manage the recruiting process and implement an employee onboarding program
Foster a positive and efficient workplace, develop an internal communication platform and organize team building events to improve cross-departmental collaboration
Oversee day-to-day operations and provide strategic and administrative support to the leadership team
Streamline administrative processes, and ensure alignment with company goals
Required skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, spezialised in HR and Organizational Development
5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff role or a related position
Excellent communication skill in english and german, interpersonal and facilitation skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
Proficiency in modern communication and collaboration tools
Experience in a fast-growing company
Experience with remote team management
Proven success in a project coordination role and project-reporting skills
