How you will make your mark:
* Supporting management and internal departments in clarifying legal issues about contracts
* Reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts with customers, suppliers and partners
* Development, implementation and monitoring of compliance guidelines and processes
* Processing and negotiating insurance contracts and managing the company’s insurance portfolio
* Identifying and assessing legal and insurance-related risks; developing suitable measures to minimise risks
* Liaising with external law firms and advising management on legal issues
* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
* Maintaining and updating contractual documentation and monitoring contractual deadlines and agreements
Hard Facts & Soft Skills:
* Completed studies in Law
* Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with a focus on compliance and insurance law
* Sound knowledge of contract law, commercial law and compliance requirements
* Analytical and solution-orientated way of working, combined with a high level of responsibility
* Business fluent in German and English
* Strong communication and advisory skills with a solution-orientated and team-oriented way of working
