You will collaborate with internal teams, clients and international stakeholders to optimize design processes, improve technical standards and ensure cost-effective and efficient project execution.Your Key Responsibilities Will Be The FollowingProject Work in the Acquisition Phase:Lead discovery meetings with stakeholders, gather and analyze feedback, and make informed decisions based on the inputs.Develop economic and efficient solutions in terms of system selection, cycle times, stock availability, and customer needs.Provide technical consultation and support to internal departments and customers to ensure tailored engineering solutions.Design Optimization:Improve and refine country-specific design standards, rules, and guidelines to ensure alignment with industry best practices and technical requirements.Global Networking:Build and maintain a global network to facilitate knowledge transfer and foster collaboration across various teams and regions.Interface Management:Act as a key interface between countries, corporate departments, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.Mentorship and Knowledge Transfer:Share technical knowledge with colleagues and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.QualificationsSolid experience in climbing formwork, ideally within highrise and/or powerplant projectsDeep understanding of the design process and technical requirements for large-scale, complex structuresProven experience in design consultancy and managing customer relationshipsProject background in Highrise and/or PowerplantsStrong proficiency in 3D modeling and Building Information Modeling (BIM) toolsAbility to work proactively, independently, and solution-oriented in international project environmentsExcellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
