Responsibilities
* Responsibility for the smooth technical operation of the hotel (building services, technical systems, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical systems, etc.)
* Coordination and supervision of maintenance, servicing and repair work
* Receipt of fault reports and independent resolution
* Management of external service providers and collaboration with internal departments
* Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
* Maintenance of maintenance schedules and technical documentation
* Point of contact for authorities, inspection bodies and external partners
What You Bring
* Completed technical or vocational training (e.g. HTL, Facility Management or equivalent qualification)
* Professional experience in technical building management, ideally in the hospitality industry
* In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing
* Strong organisational skills and a hands‑on approach
* Good written and spoken German
* Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
* Category B driving licence
* Ability to work independently and a strong focus on guest satisfaction
