What we´re looking for?
Junior/Working Student in Process & Data Management (m/w/d)
20-25 hours per week
What is it about?
You enjoy turning data into meaningful insights and want to gain hands-on experience in ERP systems, process optimization, BI and analytics? You are eager to understand how data flows through systems like Odoo and how it supports business decisions? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for.
Improve and ensure efficient processes and high data quality across systems, with a strong focus on our ERP system (Odoo) and CRM (HubSpot)
Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and transparency
Support different teams in developing dashboards
Perform data analyses to support operational and strategic decision-making
Identify data inconsistencies and troubleshoot issues within our primary IT tools
Gradually take ownership of independent data and automation initiatives
Occasionally support our warehouse operations (picking, packing, etc.) to gain a strong understanding of the connection between operational processes and system-based data entries
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Business Administration or similar, ideally with a focus on process management or analytics
Exposure to enterprise system tools such as Odoo or Hubspot
First practical experience with process management and ERP systems is a plus
Initial working experience in data analysis or BI environments is a plus (Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI)
Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data insights for non-technical stakeholders
Proactive mindset and willingness to collaborate across teams
Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus

The Facts:
You will start with us on a part-time basis (20–25 hours per week), with flexible working hours that fit around your university schedule
For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at €39,000 (full-time-basis), depending on qualifications and experience, with a clear willingness to overpay accordingly
Start date: As soon as possible
