As the Accounting Team, we are primarily responsible for bookkeeping, reporting and compliance with all legal requirements in this area. We work closely with other departments to prepare accurate financial analyses, support decision‑making processes and thus contribute to MED-EL's economic success.
Your Tasks
* Independent and proactive contribution to the SAP implementation in Accounting (from a functional end user perspective), as well as to subsequent SAP optimization and follow up projects
* Support and direct collaboration with the CFO and Head of Accounting in both operational and strategic accounting matters
* Cross team optimization and further development of accounting processes, including involvement in the development of new automation and analysis methods
* Participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements according to UGB and support in the consolidated financial statements according to IFRS
* Active involvement in external audits
Your Profile
* Completed commercial education (HAK, HBLA, etc.), certified accountant qualification, or a degree in accounting/tax law
* Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting with a strong overall understanding and solid knowledge of UGB and/or IFRS
* Several years of practical SAP experience, ideally including key user responsibilities
* High level of independence as well as a structured, self‑reliant, and precise working style
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
Earliest Entry Date: This position is to be filled immediately.
