Your mission:
* Manage administrative tasks and paperwork efficiently.
* Utilise administrative software to organise and schedule appointments.
* Plan meetings and record detailed minutes.
* Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries.
* Provide comprehensive support to our the team.
Your profile:
* Currently pursuing studies in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
* Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
* Possess excellent English language skills and outstanding telephone etiquette.
* Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills with both visitors and colleagues.
* Exceptional time management capabilities.
Our offer
* Start date: as soon as possible
* Extent: part-time, 20 hours/week
* Duration: limited to 12 months
* Location: Group Office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
* We offer a compensation package starting at € 1,880 gross / month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
