We are looking for a proactive PAS-X Trainer with hands-on MBR design experience to support a major digital manufacturing project. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively with shopfloor operators, understands their challenges, and can deliver impactful training to ensure successful system adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive training concepts (classroom sessions, serious games, blended learning, etc.) including training plans, materials, and practical exercises.Coordinate training schedules in collaboration with shift leaders and operational management.General PAS-X functionalitiesSpecific MBRs/ESPs created within the projectProvide hands-on hypercare support during go-live, including on-the-job coaching and real-time troubleshooting.Collaborate closely with operators, speaking their language and ensuring training is pragmatic, relevant, and process-aware.Be frequently on-site in Vienna (~50% presence) to support training, workshops, and hypercare phases.RequirementsPractical, hands-on experience with PAS-X, especially in MBR design.A proactive mindset, ability to drive change, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with operators at eye level; strong shopfloor presence.Fluent German is mandatory.Life science / pharmaceutical manufacturing background with solid process understanding.Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.If this is something you are interested in please send across your updated CV to
