The main task of the engineers to be recruited is to design, lead and oversee subcontractors who design and implement the required tasks and modules that compose the B-MVP solution. The selected candidates also need to manage the testing and integration of the B-MVP solution. The people BMVP desires to recruit include:
Project manager / CTO, AI / SW Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Embeded engineer, Integration Engineer
Proposed job descriptions:
Location: Austria
Experience: Minimum 3 years in R&D or technical leadership, with a focus on medical devices, AI systems, database and robotics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technology Leadership: Manage the development of B-MVP’s Acoustic Pulse Technology (APT)-based system. The B-MVP solution include body scanning module, AI agent, a secure database, and a robotic arm.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and engineers on the team to align development activities with strategic goals.
* Innovation Management: Drive research initiatives and integration of scanning, AI, robotics, and database technologies.
* Subcontractor Oversight: Manage and ensure quality output from subcontractors involved in development tasks within the budget limitations and meeting delivery time table.
* FFG Adherence: Manage and control the development activities and budget according to the work plan submitted to FFG.
Qualifications:
* Strong background in leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects.
* Expertise in AI-driven systems, database, robotics, or medical devices.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within budgetary constraints.
* Effective communication for internal collaboration and external presentations.

Location: Austria
Experience: 3–5 years in AI development with applications in databases and robotics. medical systems development experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* AI Development: Design and implement AI algorithms to optimize treatment protocols and robotic arm navigation.
* Database Integration: Develop and maintain cloud-based databases for storing and analyzing treatment data.
* Collaboration: Work with the CTO and other engineers to integrate AI functionalities into the B-MVP system.

* Hardware Integration: Collaborate with software engineers and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
