Beschreibung

Job Description Key Lead (m/w/d) responsible for ensuring all customers receive a high-quality in-store experience. The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. Part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and achievement of daily sales.

Schedule Requirements
Availability: schedule varies weekly with at least 20 hours per week; requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak times to support business needs
Working Hours The work plan changes weekly; minimum 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability. During peak periods, hours may increase to meet business needs.
Qualifications What it Takes
Education – High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
Retail Experience – at least 1 year preferred
Supervisor/Managerial Experience – not required
CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required

Ausbildung – Abitur/G.E.D.-Äquivalent bevorzugt
1 Jahr Erfahrung im Einzelhandel erwünscht
Erfahrung in der Führungsverantwortung wird nicht vorausgesetzt
CEFR B2 Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
Erfahrung im Kund*innenservice

The starting rate for this position is €14.98 per hour (the recruiting pay range is €14.98 - €14.98 per hour). The rate and range may be modified in the future.
