Tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies that actually add value – stand-ups, planning, retros that people leave energized, not drained
Spot and remove blockers before they slow the team down
Bridge hardware, firmware, and software teams – because our sprints span all three
Keep stakeholders informed without creating overhead
Build a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team
You've worked as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator – ideally in a hardware or engineering-heavy environment
You're calm under pressure and direct without being aggressive
You coach, you don't control – you know the difference
You're genuinely curious about the product, not just the process
CSM, PSM or equivalent is a plus – but how you work matters more than what's on your certificate
Fluent English; German is a bonus
