BAGJUMP Action Sports is a global leader in the development and production of airbag systems for action sports. To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated new team member with strong organizational skills, a head for numbers, and a hands-on attitude.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
* Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
* Data entry in various platforms
* Independent project management and handling of large and new customer accounts in the sales area
* Responsibility for dunning processes and invoice follow-up
* Taking on a wide range of tasks with a high level of autonomy
* Excellent English skills (internal communication is primarily in English)
* Proficient IT skills, especially with MS Office
* Quick comprehension and structured, independent working style
* Affinity for numbers and business processes
* Motivation for further training and development
* Completed commercial education (e.g. business school, university of applied sciences, university)
* OR: Compulsory school graduation with proven relevant work experience and vocational training
