What to expect:
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
* Develop and maintain IT security policies and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DORA)
* Embed security-by-design in enterprise architecture
* Translate regulatory requirements into actionable technical controls
Technical Security & Implementation
* Define and integrate a cohesive IT security architecture
* Deploy and operate key security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR/XDR, Firewalls, PAM, WAF)
* Strengthen systems and infrastructure through secure configuration
Security Operations & Incident Response
* Lead and support cyber incident investigations and simulations
* Enhance threat detection and response through collaboration with the SOC
* Drive continuous improvement in monitoring and threat prevention
* Role as Security Officer on Call
What we expect:
* Bachelor's/Master's in CS, InfoSec, or equivalent experience
* 7+ years in IT Security (governance & technical)
* Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP), incident response, and deploying multi-domain security solutions (Endpoint, Network, Cloud)
* Experience in IT Security architecture, Network/Endpoint/Cloud/IAM/Web Security
* Scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell) is a plus
* Confident communicator, creative problem-solver, aligns security with business needs
