Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role
Develop and Execute Strategic Roadmap: Define and drive the strategic roadmap for High Voltage Silicon and Silicon Carbide MOSFETs, aligning with Infineon's overall strategy and target applications to drive business growth and market leadership
Market Intelligence and Opportunity Identification: Lead market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and "blue ocean" markets, informing portfolio priorities and strategic decisions
Portfolio Business Strategy and R&D Project Ownership: Own the development and execution of portfolio business strategies, acting as project owner for R&D programs to ensure product-market fit, customer satisfaction, and business success
Core Marketing Asset Development: Deliver essential marketing assets across the product lifecycle, including key requirements, business cases, value proposition, positioning, and go-to-market plans, to support successful product launches and customer adoption
Design-In Strategy and Pricing Guidance: Develop and execute design-in strategies with key OEMs and partners, providing pricing guidance and support to accelerate product adoption, drive revenue growth, and ensure profitable business expansion
Cross-Functional Leadership and Alignment: Align and lead execution across multiple functions, including Application/Technical Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Quality, Operations and global Sales, to build internal and external visibility, drive collaboration, and ensure seamless product launches and market execution
Your Profile Qualifications And Skills A university master's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or a business-related field. A MBA is a plus
5+ years of professional experience in the field of Product Marketing, Business Development or Application Engineering
Experience in a semiconductor or electrical system manufacturing company (industrial or automotive)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities in dynamic markets, and a thorough market and system understanding for HV MOSFETs
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as internal and external stakeholders, the willingness to travel
Excellent English communication and presentation skills. German is a plus
Benefits and Compensation This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group I (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
