In our OpenPipeline capability we are looking for a Manager, Software Engineering focusing on growth management and development of our backend and frontend teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and further grow selected engineering teams in OpenPipeline
* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
* Identify talent and provide career guidance, mentoring and coaching to Team Captains
* Strongly collaborate with the responsible Team Captains
* Oversee the performance, alignment, and career development of your teams, including promotions and compensation planning
* Collaborate closely with teams from other departments to ensure efficient cross‑functional collaboration and alignment
* Drive organizational change initiatives and support growth planning, hiring, and team scaling
* Actively contribute to delivery planning, ensuring team goals align with company strategy
* Monitor productivity, quality, and team health, implementing improvements based on feedback and metrics
* Partner with Directors of Software Development to step into greater responsibilities over time
What Will Help You Succeed
* 3+ years of experience in leading software development team(s); preferably focused on cloud and SaaS products
* A proven passion for coaching, mentoring and empowering others
* Strong ability to drive and implement change initiatives
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments
* Experience breaking down high‑level strategies into actionable plans for your teams
* A collaborative mindset to foster efficient partnerships between engineering and business‑focused teams
