We are currently hiring an expert video editor to create high-performing ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
You will be incentivized every week with bonuses for every winning ad you produce. The KPIs will be adjusted quarterly as we improve, and the bonuses are uncapped!
Think you've got what it takes?
Tasks
* Work closely with our creative strategist to create and optimize ads to hit KPIs such as CTR, Scrollstop, CPA, etc.
* Build a library of your favorite DTC brands' ads, stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.
* Use Adobe programs to create image, video, and animation ads.
* Refine your edits until we find the most effective formats for our brand.
Requirements
* Proficiency in English at C1 level
* Experience in e-commerce
* Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps
* High attention to detail
* Experience with Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for graphic design and video editing
