The team aids in transitioning development results to engineering processes, highlighting the engineered-to-order business model for transformers. Key responsibilities include collaborating with product owners, system architects, and technical leads within an agile framework, adjusting backlog prioritization, translating product requirements, and supporting product architecture. Effective communication fosters transparency and trust among stakeholders.The role also involves transferring knowledge from product development to engineering, enabling factories to design and produce transformers according to global standards. This includes requirements engineering for tool development and establishing design variants and manufacturing rules. The team is well-equipped to design transformers and guide engineering teams, using the expertise of experienced designers and development experts.How You’ll Make An ImpactTransfer requirements from customers into a prioritized team backlog, ensuring alignment with product and architecture strategies.Collaborate regularly with all interfaces and stakeholders to maintain clarity regarding conditions, requirements, and changes.Participate in planning sessions to refine the backlog based on a prioritized product development roadmap.Coordinate and manage the backlog by incorporating requirements, product roadmaps, and technical guidelines from functional heads.Handle interdependencies to ensure an efficient development process while adhering to the agile operating model.What You BringA completed technical university degree in engineering or a related field.More than 10 years of direct experience in transformer engineering and product development, demonstrating extensive knowledge of transformer technology is mandatory for this position.Proven understanding of the energy market, along with leadership and mentoring skills to develop impactful teams.Outstanding presentation skills in English; proficiency in German is advantageous, along with a readiness to travel.Strong track record in problem-solving, emphasizing collaboration and adaptability in response to changing demands.About The TeamOur Grid Technologies division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
