The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.
As a member of the Reliant Single Wafer Clean Business Operations group, you will be a key contributor to ensuring alignment between Customer, Account Team Sales and Factory operations. Responsible for aligning customer specification requirements and Hardware configurations to best support our customers focused on Specialty Technology and Advanced Packaging.
Manage order execution
Single point of contact and link between regional sales teams and factory for ordered systems
Bachelor's or Master's degreein operations management, business, engineering or related field
Minimum of 7-10 year ́s work experience in comparable position, preferrably in semiconductor environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to establish successful relationships in a multicultural environment with external and internal customers
