* Bid & Business Development: Evaluate tenders, manage the proposal process, and secure lucrative deals.
* Pitching & Negotiations: Lead pitch presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
* Hybrid Work & Field Sales: Flexibly operate between home office, office, and client meetings in Vienna.
* Teamwork & Innovation: Collaborate with experts to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Qualifications
* Sales Drive & Hunter Mentality: Passionate networker eager to acquire new clients and leverage opportunities.
* Experience & Expertise: At least 3 years of sales experience in digital solutions with deep understanding of digital business models.
* Tech Affinity: Enthusiastic about digital technologies and their value for clients.
* Negotiation Skills at C-Level: Confident communication with decision-makers, capable of handling complex negotiations.
* Network & Industry Knowledge: Well-connected in the digital sector to aid business development.
* Multitasking Ability: Manage multiple leads and initiatives simultaneously, with a willingness to meet clients in person.
