At nyra health, you’ll build and nurture trusted communities around neurological therapy (focus on speech and language therapy) and digital health. As Education & Community Manager, you’ll design and run educational programs, webinars, and seminars, and create spaces where therapists and stakeholders can learn, exchange, and engage with nyra health in a credible, respectful way. You’ll play a key role in building trust, thought leadership, and long-term relationships as we scale in healthcare.

What you’ll shape
* Education programs & events: Design and run educational webinars, seminars, and online learning formats. Coordinate speakers, agendas, and educational content in collaboration with Product Marketing and clinical stakeholders. Support conferences and events with educational programming, abstracts, and talk concepts.
* Community building & moderation: Build, moderate, and grow professional communities (e.g. for speech and language pathologists). Foster constructive, respectful discussion and peer exchange. Apply clear community guidelines and elevate sensitive topics when needed.
* Content & channel management: Manage and grow relevant social channels (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn) with an education-first approach. Repurpose educational content into community posts, short-form formats, and learning resources.
* Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with Health, Product, Sales, and Leadership on educational narratives and launches. Align with Marketing on audience targeting and program distribution.
* Regulatory alignment: Work with clinical and compliance stakeholders to ensure all educational and community content is evidence‑based, accurate, and appropriate.
What sets you up for success
* Community & education experience: you’ve managed communities, run educational programs, or owned content in a professional or healthcare setting
* Clinical translation skills: you can take complex or clinical topics and turn them into clear, engaging educational formats that resonate with therapists
* Strong facilitation & moderation: you know how to lead webinars, moderate discussions, and manage community dynamics with professionalism
* Structured working style: detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple programs and channels in parallel
* German fluency (written and spoken) and strong English — our core audience is DACH, but the company works in English
* Bonus: background in speech and language therapy, rehabilitation, or clinical education; proven social media community growth

The Process
* Intro call (~30 mins): Background, expectations, and an overview of nyra health and the role.
* Practical exercise: A short case focused on designing an educational or community initiative (e.g. a webinar series, community format, or social education concept), including audience, format, and engagement approach, which you will discuss with our Go-to-Market stakeholders.
* Meet with Founders: Discuss your case, approach, and real‑world constraints with the founders as the last step before joining nyra health.
