As an Account Manager (f/m/d) in the Off-Street division, you will play a key role in expanding our parking garage and parking business in Austria. Your focus will be on the successful launch of our innovative EasyPark CamAccess solution, which makes ticketless parking significantly easier for operators and end customers. Your tasks

* New customer acquisition & growth : You identify potential business partners and acquire new customers (e.g. parking garage operators) for our digital solutions.
* Partnership management: You build sustainable relationships, support existing customers, and develop them strategically.
* Holistic sales process: You manage the entire sales funnel – from market analysis to lead generation, initial contact, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and implementation.
* Consulting & Digitalization: You will present our SaaS solutions convincingly, create business cases, and support our partners in the digital transformation of their parking processes.
* Teamwork: You will work closely with the Country Director Austria, the off-street team, and colleagues from across Europe.


Your profile

You want to make a difference and ideally have the following:

* At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a SaaS or service environment.
* Completed studies or comparable practice-oriented training.
* Independent, proactive working style with a strong “can-do” mentality.
* High commercial understanding and negotiating skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills – you can explain complex content clearly.
* Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SugarCRM.
* High willingness to travel within Austria.
* Fluent German and fluent English skills.
* Ideally, residence in the Vienna area.


Also advantageous are:

* Experience in working with major clients or public sector clients.
* An existing network in the real estate or parking space industry.
