As the Component Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 members offering Level 2 support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and making a real impact on our network infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills, as well as a commitment to high quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the NOC Green Team, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
* Oversee the daily activities of the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Ensure timely and accurate resolution of incidents and service requests.
* Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and support.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and service delivery.
* Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Handle administrative tasks related to inventory and monitoring of network devices.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a Network Operations Center or similar environment.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Additional languages such as Italian, Lithuanian, Czech, Hungarian, Slovakian, Bulgarian, Romanian, or Croatian are a plus.
* Excellent Network-Skills (certified).
* Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
