Your daily tasks:
* Building sustainable, state‑of‑the‑art software solutions
* Following agile methodologies, clean code principles and test‑driven development
* Constantly learning and developing your skills within a wide variety of customized software projects
* Working on projects such as:
o Detecting Clouds with machine learning (Aerospace)
o Building a new portal for students and teachers (Public)
o Creating an excellent app with our partner HappyFoto
What will make you succeed in this role:
* Working independently, guiding less experienced colleagues and significantly contributing to the success of your project
* Regularly and pro‑actively giving and requesting feedback
* Understanding the technical requirements of the project before you start programming
* The belief that the difference between a developer and a good one is the ability to understand the business requirements and solutions
* Feeling the same love for Java, Kotlin and Spring Boot as we do. Adding some Angular to make it look neat, but being open for Vue, React and whatever comes
* Fluency in both English and German

Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is €53,802 gross/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
