Join the Plansee Group and be part of our exciting future! We are seeking a team leader for our high-tech production, responsible for managing innovative products for renowned international clients.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate production activities with shift leaders, other production and service departments, sales, and customers.
* Lead, develop, and manage a team of approximately 35 employees, including planning, hiring, and training in cleanroom assembly, cleaning (chemical and thermal), pressure testing, inspection, and sampling.
* Ensure product quality, quantity, timely delivery, machine availability, and efficiency.
* Implement Plansee standards in quality, safety, 5S, etc.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of production concepts and support new product development.
Qualifications:
* Completed technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related fields, with relevant work experience; or a technical apprenticeship with additional specialized training (master craftsman, HTL, college, etc.). Experience in assembly, chemical cleaning, or lean management is advantageous.
* Ability to motivate, challenge, and develop team members.
* Technical understanding of production processes, analytical thinking, and cross-disciplinary skills.
* High motivation, independent working style, responsibility, quality awareness, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
* Fluent German, good English skills, and experience with MS Office, SAP, etc.

Legally required in Austria: Minimum salary according to the Metal Collective Agreement (H): €63,036.96 gross per year for 14 payments. The actual offer will consider market rates, qualifications, and experience.
