Description
Are you a talented Creative Artworker fluent in Polish and English? Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for creating standout marketing assets across print and digital media? Indicia Worldwide, a global, insight-driven communications agency, is seeking a Senior Creative Artworker to join our fast-paced Creative Production Team in Warsaw.
Responsibilities
* Lead the creation, editing, and production of marketing campaigns and materials for a major global brand
* Oversee all deliverables and ensure brand consistency across brochures, social and digital assets, print collateral, POS, and more
* Work collaboratively within a multicultural team, guiding junior team members and local stakeholders
* Apply advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering, pre-press, and video/motion graphics
* Manage projects, balance workloads, and ensure quality and deadlines are met
* Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, providing solutions and upholding brand standards
Skills and Experience
* Considerable experience in creative production, with a focus on print and digital design
* Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), 3D rendering, and image retouching
* Experience in agency or trade marketing environments (preferred)
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Fluent/native Polish and high proficiency in English
* Positive, proactive attitude with meticulous attention to detail
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively
