Reporting directly to the SVP Commercial, you will drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure strategic projects are delivered with impact. Your Responsibilites: * Lead strategic and commercial projects such as product rollouts and customer monetisation initiatives.* Coordinate across teams to remove blockers and drive execution.* Act as a sparring partner to senior leadership on new commercial opportunities.* Ensure decisions and recommendations are backed by data and business impact. Your Profile: * Master's degree in Business or related field from a top university. * 2-4 years of experience, ideally in consulting or within SaaS/tech. * Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills. * Open, direct communicator with a "get things done" mindset. * Fluency in German and English; international experience or education a strong plus.
