Key Responsibilities
* Leading multidisciplinary teams across clinical, care, lifestyle and support services
* Ensuring compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
* Overseeing workforce stability, occupancy performance and financial outcomes
* Building strong relationships with residents, families and staff
* Driving continuous improvement across care quality, culture and service delivery
What You’ll Bring
* Clinical or Non Clinical Managers considered
* At least 2 years’ experience as a Facility Manager within residential aged care
* Experience in roles such as Director of Nursing or Residential Manager also considered
* Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance and governance requirements
* Proven ability to lead teams, build stability and maintain a positive culture
* Confidence managing operational performance, budgets and service outcomes
