Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities : Build and manage the ICT PMO, define project management standards, and ensure governance, compliance, and reporting.
1. Reporting & Transparency: Prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision materials; organize ICT portfolio meetings.
2. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central interface between Business, IT, Management, and partners; collaborate with project managers and functional leads.
3. Continuous Improvement: Develop best practices, enhance PM tools and methodologies, and support transformation and change initiatives.
4. Portfolio Oversight: Drive transparency and alignment across projects, ensuring consistent standards and effective decision-making.
Your Qualification
5. Project Management Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT and/or SAP projects in corporate or similar environments, with proven PMO, portfolio, or program management background.
6. Methodologies & Tools: Strong knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods and tools (e.g., PPM, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira); SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
7. Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Infor LN, or similar.
8. Leadership & Communication: Experience leading international teams and managing external partners; structured, solution-oriented approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
9. Language Skills: Fluent in English.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is 52.,04 € based on full-time employment.
