Tasks Your responsibilities will include independently handling procurement processes for customers in a wide range of technical industries.
Specification of equipment and plant components
Preparation of tender documents and supplier enquiries
Comparisons of bids based on the tender documents prepared
Participation in contract award negotiations
Execution of orders and handling of the entire procurement process (supplier coordination, production approvals, acceptance, delivery tracking, goods receipt inspections)
Checking and compiling the final documentation

Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU)
excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, etc.)

Independent implementation of specifications and procurement processes
