Position: Customer Support Representative (Dutch Speaking)
Location: Santos, Lisbon – Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Start Dates: 2 February 2026 | 16 February 2026
Schedule: Rotative shifts, Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00
Responsibilities
The role involves providing customer support to an international team in Santos (Lisbon).
Requirements
* Dutch (fluent/native level)
* English at least B2 level
* Good communication skills
* Availability to work rotating shifts
Salary & Benefits
* Base salary: €1,400 gross (no experience required)
* Possible signing bonus up to €2,500 (gross)
* Full‑time contract
* Paid training
Relocation Package (if applicable)
* Support with NIF and NISS
* Assistance in finding accommodation
* Relocation bonus: €2,500 gross (paid with first payroll)
* €1,500 gross for candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km+ from Lisbon)
