This is your chance to join the C&A team as Business Analyst! You'll serve as a key contributor in driving data-driven decision-making and business improvements. This role plays a critical part in analyzing complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations that optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. Your responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track key business indicators. Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making processes. Support the development and implementation of business processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies through data analysis and stakeholder engagement. Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across systems. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Contribute to the development and enhancement of data governance frameworks and best practices. Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in business analysis to drive innovation and improvements. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industry is advantageous Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Understanding of business processes and systems What we offer This is an opportunity for you to join us on a truly exciting transformation journey, where you’ll be able to leave footprints that last and contribute significantly to our vision.
