* Learning analog floor planning, layout, place & route
* Working with RC extraction and Static Timing Analysis
* Supporting design‑for‑manufacturing, physical verification, and formal verification
* Performing power and crosstalk analysis
* Checking incoming deliverables (memories, IOs, core libraries, analog IPs)
* Optimizing designs for area, power, speed, and yield
* Working with design‑for‑security features
* Verifying bond diagrams
Your Profile:
You are a student enrolled in Electronics, Telematics, or a related technical field and are:
* Curious about process technology, physics, and CAD methodologies
* Have solid configuration management skills
* Bring strong technical English skills
* Motivated to learn how semiconductor design works in real‑world environments
Availability: Full‑time for 2–3 months between June and September 2023
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.100‑ gross/month for full‑time equivalent at NXP Austria.
