Overview
The CSA Project Manager leads all civil, structural, and architectural delivery for the data centre project. The role requires strong technical knowledge combined with excellent stakeholder, subcontractor, and site management skills to ensure all CSA works meet programme, cost, quality, and safety KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery
* Manage the full CSA scope including groundworks, substructure, superstructure, envelope, internal architectural finishes, and external site infrastructure.
* Ensure design is correctly interpreted on site and that builds meet specification.
* Coordinate with design teams on RFIs, technical queries, and constructability issues.
Programme & Logistics
* Develop and manage short-term lookahead schedules aligned with the master programme.
* Coordinate site logistics, access routes, laydown areas, crane operations, and sequencing with other disciplines.
Quality & Safety
* Implement QA/QC procedures, inspections, test plans, and handover documentation.
* Drive safety culture, ensuring compliance with Austrian regulations and client standards.
Commercial & Contractual
* Track progress and productivity to support cost control and variation management.
* Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring timely delivery against contractual obligations.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
* Lead daily coordination meetings and interface regularly with MEP, commissioning, and project controls.
* Maintain alignment with the overall project execution plan and escalate issues proactively.
Required Experience
* 8+ years in CSA management for major build projects; data centre experience strongly preferred.
* Proven track record with international main contractors.
* Strong knowledge of structural concrete, steelwork, envelope systems, and architectural packages.
* Familiarity with BIM, quality systems, and large-scale industrial construction.
