You will get an insight in:
* Support on upcoming and ongoing projects in an international working environment, e.g., Implementation of a key IT tool for P&C
* Prepare presentations and conduct research
* Learn in a diverse environment state-of-the-art tools, processes & approaches
* Support the People & Culture Business Partners on multifaceted day-to-day work
* Organize meetings and track actions, progress, deadlines
* Support standard reporting (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Gather and summarize information from other departments
* Apply your theoretical knowledge in practice or develop further competencies, e.g., participation in Line Management Meetings, works council meetings, recruitments, etc.
What we are looking for:
* You are an analytical and creative individual
* Microsoft Office is a walk in the park for you
* You are highly collaborative and team-oriented
* You are currently enrolled as a student
* You hold a valid work permit for Austria
* You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
