Your role at Dynatrace
* Work on the cutting-edge data ingestion pipelines OpenPipeline or enhance data storage and analytics capabilities within Grail.
* Prototype, design, and implement low-level components in Java 21.
* Optimize performance and ensure the reliability and resilience of the services in your domain
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Collaborate with product architects and cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
* Mentor and support colleagues, fostering an approachable and supportive environment.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the software.
* Join an international team and boost our productivity by enhancing delivery, collaboration, and communication.
* Take ownership of your components and features as a team and fully utilize Dynatrace to monitor and optimize your features.
What will help you succeed
* Degree in Computer Science.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend/core development.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in managing and processing large-scale data sets will be highly advantageous.
* Collaborative and motivational personality with a proactive approach.

Compensation Data
* We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
* Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
