Key responsibilities include
* Preparing Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
* Completing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG obligations
* Managing payroll tax and workers compensation reconciliations
* Liaising with statutory authorities and supporting clients
* Participating in team events and monthly tax updates
* Supporting a culture of growth, accountability, and shared success
About You
* 0-2 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
* CA qualification or currently undertaking CA studies
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
* Familiarity with practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks - or a strong aptitude for learning new systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive attitude, self‑motivated and enthusiastic
