Mechanical Design Engineer
Primary Location: Baden, AG, CH
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Baden (CH) as soon as possible.
What you'll do:
Constructive integration of existing products into a customer‑specific solution with 3D models, parts lists, drawings and specifications
Constructive implementation of product‑specific optimizations (product maintenance)
Integration and documentation review of auxiliary systems (purchased parts) such as gearboxes, lubrication units, valves, tools, etc. from suppliers
Independent planning and execution of projects with a focus on high‑quality results, on‑time delivery, and high customer satisfaction within the expected budget
Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as development (R&D) and project management
Compliance with standards and norms
Who you are:
Apprenticeship as a design engineer / machine draftsman, further training as a technician or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Several years of experience with 3D CAD / PDM (Inventor/Vault and Creo/Windchill)
Manufacturing and assembly experience with mechanical components
Structured, independent, and goal‑oriented work style
Enthusiastic and communicative personality, proactive approach, networked thinking and action, as well as an independent and solution‑oriented work style
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Responsible and conscientious
Very good written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
