Customer Technology Advisor Security (m/f/d) at Kyndryl
Join to apply for the Customer Technology Advisor Security (m/f/d) role at Kyndryl. This role is aimed at delivering security and resiliency solutions, supporting pre-sales, consulting, advisory and architecture activities, and coordinating the full pre-sales process with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, collaborating with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners.
* Leverage technical knowledge to develop profitable deals and deliver differentiated value to customers.
* Conduct engaging demonstrations and presentations to showcase Kyndryl’s credibility and industry leadership.
* Coordinate the entire pre-sales process to ensure quality and compliance verification in line with Kyndryl best practices.
* Build and nurture relationships with external alliance partners to co-create joint solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
* Deep domain knowledge of Security and Resiliency solutions.
* At least 5 years of experience translating technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions.
* Expertise in the Austrian market with a track record of successful engagements with Austrian clients.
* Commercial responsibility for identified opportunities and converting them into client engagements.
* Proven experience conducting client workshops and proof-of-concepts.
* Fluency in German and English.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
* Experience/understanding of SIEM, SOC, cyber resiliency, and zero-trust solutions (Identity & access management, endpoint security, network security).
* Knowledge of cyber regulatory requirements such as DORA and/or NIS2.
* Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or similar.
Other Details
The minimum yearly salary for this full-time role is €82,600. Salary will be discussed in a personal interview, considering experience, qualifications and education.
As this role supports customers in Austria, a valid work permit is a prerequisite.
