The Strategy Project Management Office (PMO) works closely with the management on the planning and execution of the PALFINGER Group Strategy as well as cross-functional strategic programs and projects in Bergheim (Salzburg). A focus will be on establishing and maintaining the related PMO.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Guide and support project teams in creating project chartas and implementing and monitoring strategic programs with clear goals and timelines
Consolidate the monthly program updates into a Group Strategy Portfolio Report and present to Senior Management and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for selected projects
Critically review program updates and monitor the overall progress of the strategic programs and collect and analyze data to support situation analysis and informed decision-making
Evaluate and improve existing processes and performance monitoring mechanisms (financial and non-financial)
Promote the use of project management standards and tools across CSS (Corporate Strategy Sustainability) and identify areas for improvement
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial or technical field
Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in project management, ideally in an international setting
Project management certification, preferably based on PMI (Project Management Institute) standards
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with a hands-on mindset
Fluent in German and English

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.766,98 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
