Project Manager - Fitout and refurbishment

The Role
* Project Manager joining a well established team delivering high quality fitout and refurbishment projects in the office, education and defence spaces.
* You will forecast and manage project budgets.
* Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team.
* Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants.
* Procurement including scope of work & tender package.
* Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts.
Experience/Qualifications Required
* A stable track record in delivering commercial Fitout projects up to $5m.
* Fitout & refurbishment experience highly regarded.
* An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively.
* Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar.
* A natural ability to drive the project forward while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients alike.
* A trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
