Responsibilities
* Offer top-notch customer support to German-speaking guests via phone, email, and chat
* Help guests with inquiries regarding travel itineraries, accommodation options, activities, and sightseeing opportunities
* Address and resolve customer issues with urgency and care, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
* Share valuable knowledge about Greece\'s destinations, culture, and travel options
* Maintain detailed records of guest interactions to improve service offerings and guest experiences
* Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate effective solutions and services for guests
Requirements
* Fluency in German (both spoken and written); English proficiency is highly desirable
* Experience in customer service, ideally in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
* A good understanding of Greece and its tourism industry is a plus
* A genuine love for travel and helping others shape their experiences
* Must be able to work remotely while being available during specified support hours
* Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation costs covered by the company)
