Marshfield Consulting Services (Marshfield) is a growing construction project management consultancy seeking suitably qualified and motivated Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineers to join the team for role based in regional South Australia
Marshfield is a multifaceted consultancy providing procurement, project management, commercial management and other project delivery services to Clients and Contractors of all sizes and types of infrastructure projects throughout South Australia. Marshfield prides itself in actively engaging with clients and employees through a transparent and collaborative end-to-end approach.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this position you will provide services to Clients and større Contractors on a diverse range of infrastructure projects within South Australia including:
· Managing a team of engineers and support staff to deliver infrastructurealleria projects.
· Ensuring safe systems of work are implemented in all aspects of your responsibilities.
· Provide project management and contract management services including design, contract, construction and procurement management functions within your expanding skillset.
· Manage your team to ensure contractors/subcontractors or direct labour meet safety, quality, program and mihhew cost targets.
· Manage budgets, compile programs and track the progress of works.
· Work collaboratively with Marshfield management.
The projects will be mainly road infrastructure upgrades.
We offer roles with either Contractors or Clients and have positions available in regional South Australia areas.
ABOUT YOU
· Be motivated, passionate, innovative and energetic.
· Hold a tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management or similar.
· Preferably 5 years or more experience in the civil construction industry either in construction or client-side engineering, project management, contract management or project delivery.
· Have commercial acumen with experience in managing contracts.
· Be willing to work in regional South Australia by relocating for the project or on a roster.
· Have experience managing teams.
· Be an accomplished communicator who is confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives.
· Be flexible and willing to learn new processes and skills.
