Complaint Handling Specialist – Quality Assurance (f/m/x) Full-time
Compensation: from EUR 3,335 - monthly
Anton Paar GmbH manufactures precise, highly accurate, and complex measuring instruments. To ensure the quality of our products, we are looking for reinforcement in complaint handling for purchased electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical components.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for handling complaints related to purchased parts, with a focus on electromechanical and electronic components
Conducting fault and root cause analyses
Documenting and processing complaint-related data in SAP
Defining and implementing effectiveness checks, corrective actions, and containment measures
Supporting the optimization of inspection processes
Close collaboration with our Purchasing department, specialist departments, and Quality Assurance
Qualifications
Completed technical education (e.g., apprenticeship or HTL) with a focus on electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
At least 3 years of professional experience in complaint handling
Experience in reading data sheets and technical drawings
Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment
SAP user knowledge, especially in the Materials Management module, is an advantage
Excellent German skills, both written and spoken, and basic English skills
Quick comprehension as well as an independent, accurate, and solution-oriented way of working
