Job Description
* Advise national and international clients on corporate acquisitions, divestitures and equity structures.
* Structure, negotiate and execute complex transactions, often with cross‑border focus.
* Create and review transaction documents (SPA, Joint‑Venture agreements, due‑diligence reports).
* Support venture‑capital investments and growth financing.
* Collab with interdisciplinary teams in Corporate, Regulatory, Finance and Tax.
* Actively contribute to development of existing client relationships and business development.
The Successful Applicant
* Completed legal studies and passed the bar exam.
* Several years of experience in Corporate/M&A, preferably in a commercial‑law firm.
* Strong business understanding and interest in innovative, growth‑driven sectors.
* Negotiation‑level German and English skills.
* Proactive, structured and solution‑oriented working style.
