About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex, multi-platform digital projects from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. You will coordinate teams, manage risks, and align timelines, budgets, and project goals across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Full end-to-end ownership of projects, from conceptualization to day-to-day development
* Planning project schedules, optimizing team size, and resource allocation
* Roadmapping and backlog management using Scrum/Kanban methodologies
* Managing client interactions, conducting regular meetings, presentations, and demos
* Risk management and creating detailed mitigation plans
* Ensuring quality through testing, debugging, and performance monitoring
* Developing processes, mentoring teams, and implementing Agile best practices
* Preparing comprehensive documentation: functional specs, timelines, delivery plans, dependency assessments
* Reporting to CEO and representing company culture across projects
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience managing complex digital projects
* Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and waterfall project phases
* Solid technical understanding, including software architecture, CI/CD, and APIs
* Excellent communication skills and experience in client management and team leadership
* Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps OR Miro, Figma, GitLab, Slack, Google Workspace
* Ability to quickly gain domain knowledge and provide expertise across diverse industries
