Job Responsibilities
1. Provide daily business support and ensure 4x capacity guarantee for global and local financial-grade storage components, meeting the service standards of SLA ≤ 99.99%, RTO ≤ 5 minutes, RPO = 0, and latency < 100ms. Identify high-risk changes and repetitive inefficiencies, propose targeted improvement solutions, and drive their implementation.
2. Conduct risk identification and hidden danger remediation for the overall architecture of global and local financial-grade storage components. Key tasks include: effectively preventing big key/showSQL risks introduced by function iterations; identifying and optimizing scenarios with excessive data dependence on Redis; and locating and rectifying unreasonable architecture designs behind abnormal alarms.
3. Manage version upgrades and security patch deployments for storage components (MySQL/Redis), with the standards of RTO ≤ 2 minutes, RPO = 0, and an efficiency of 3.5 person-days per cluster. Ensure smooth business continuity during upgrades and enable efficient emergency rollback (RTO ≤ 5 minutes) in case of anomalies.
4. Lead version planning for diverse storage components (MySQL/Redis/TiDB/Doris/ES/MongoDB). Conduct comprehensive risk assessments covering software vulnerabilities (BUG types), architecture compatibility (resilience to availability zone failures), and hardware affinity risks. Collaborate with cloud vendors and architecture teams to schedule and remediate identified risks.
5. Drive continuous iteration of standardization systems for storage components (MySQL/Redis/TiDB/Doris/ES/MongoDB), including component operation standards and cost governance norms. Promote the implementation of new standard management platforms and inspection tools.
6. Undertake design and development work for daily database requirements of the database management platform using Golang.
Job Requirements
1. Demonstrate strong execution capabilities to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of business requirements, strictly adhering to change management processes and implementing dual-validation mechanisms for program assurance. Possess excellent team collaboration skills.
2. Exhibit strong stress tolerance and an open mindset. When facing challenges or bottlenecks, analyze root causes and formulate solutions calmly, proactively report issues, provide rational suggestions, and drive problem resolution.
3. Have at least 8 years of full-time DBA experience in leading financial or internet enterprises, with hands-on experience managing massive-scale database clusters (≥800 clusters, petabyte-level data volume) and supporting large-scale promotions or traffic surges (≥5x daily traffic).
4. Master the system principles and architecture design of MySQL/Redis, and be proficient in AWS cloud technology stack (VPC/AuroraRDS/Valkey/OpenSearch) risk identification and standard specification design, ensuring business storage SLA ≥ 99.99%.
5. Proficient in the system principles of one distributed database among TiDB/Doris/ES, with experience managing datasets ≥0.5PB. Be skilled at identifying component risks, establishing standard specifications, providing core technical indicators (SLA, RTO, RPO) for business units, and guiding component design and planning. Ensure business storage SLA ≥ 99.90%; for businesses requiring SLA ≥ 99.9%, develop and align comprehensive emergency response plans.
6. Prior experience in Golang backend development is a plus.
