Your tasks
* Lead global product development and LCM projects from feasibility to market entry within the Gobal Project and Launch Management team of Business Unit Nutrition
* Manage internal/external interfaces including production units, functional departments, CMO/CRO organizations with proximity to the local research and development center in Austria
* Project reporting incl. cost, time and risk management based on internal standards and defined deliverables
* Ensure endorsement and alignment of project goals and strategy with relevant stakeholders
* Organization and moderation of project meetings (kick-off, stage-gate, core team meetings)
* Represent the project team within BUN Management Team and drive expected decisions in stakeholder meetings
* Provide inputs for financial forecast / annual budgeting
* Support PMO team in optimization/maintenance of project management systems, processes, ect. ensuring a learning feedback loop for continuous improvement
Our expectations
* Multiple years of work experience in a related environment plus at least 7 years experience in a similar project management role
* University degree in Natural Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
* Familiar with product development requirements in the filed of Pharma/Nutrition, Medical Devices, Combination Products, CMC, GMP, (pre-) clinical development
* Project management certification e.g. PMP (PMI), IPMA (Level C), AGILE principles or equivalent of advantage
* Ability to lead international project teams in a matrix organization
* Experience with project management tools e.g. MS Project, Planisware as well as MS Office, SharePoint
* Very good spoken and written knowledge of English and German
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Intercultural competencies, problem-solving mentality, analytical thinking
* Excellent emphatic assertiveness
* Digitally savvy – ambitious to bring and implement new digital trends in project management
* Willingness to travel 10-15%
