The OPS Reporting & Analytics department provides integrated reporting, planning, and analytics solutions for the entire RedBull organisation to generate valuable business insights about the full supply chain.
Acting as a bridge between business and IT, the OPS Data & Process Development Team Lead ensures holistic data & reporting solutions based on strong alignment of content, processes and people. You are accountable for steering complex, cross-functional, data‑driven initiatives that shape the Operations reporting portfolio by translating business requirements into detailed technical concepts, creating and managing Business Scope Statements (BSS), and delivering high-quality outcomes that enable the RedBull organisation to effectively manage the business and generate relevant insights in the area of OPS.
Strong management of projects and teams, as well as a solid understanding of core processes in the areas of Operations are essential to effectively drive conceptual discussions and find innovative solutions to tackle complex topics. You'll lead your team and partners in designing, implementing, and scaling solutions that enable fact-based, data-driven decision making at all levels of the organisation, including senior management.
Beyond your functional responsibilities, you lead and develop a team of experts. You'll provide clear direction, set and align priorities, and ensure your team can perform at its best. You coach team members in their professional growth, offer structured feedback, and foster an environment of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
