7. User documentation, training and counselling as well as public relations work

10. A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification (e.g. completed apprenticeship/training, technical college qualification, relevant work experience, additional training)
11. Good general IT knowledge
12. Very good knowledge of German (C2) and English (B2)
13. High service and customer orientation
14. strong communication skills
15. high resilience in stressful situations
16. High level of reliability
